Yes, we recommend booking your spot in advance as our popular classes fill up quickly. You can reserve your spot through our website, mobile app, or at the front desk up to 7 days before the class.
Please bring a water bottle, towel, and wear comfortable workout clothes and proper athletic shoes. We provide yoga mats, weights, and all necessary equipment for each class.

We ask that you arrive 5-10 minutes early for proper warm-up. If you're more than 10 minutes late, you may not be permitted to join for safety reasons and to avoid disrupting other participants.
